My Pickup & Communication Policy

Arrival, Parking, and Meeting Procedure

To ensure that my home remains a comfortable living space and that I can keep this special collection organized for you, I ask that we coordinate pickups promptly.  Here is my simple process for purchases: 

• My Response Time:  Once you make a purchase, I will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the details. (Though I usually aim to respond within 24 hours!)

• Finalizing Arrangements:  Please respond to my message within 48 hours so we can coordinate a pickup time.

• Pickup Window:  Once we have confirmed a date and time, I ask that you please pick up your items within 72 hours of our arrangement.

Arrival, Parking, and Meeting Procedure

• Arrival & Parking:  To ensure courtesy for all residents and keep our shared driveway clear, I ask kindly that you utilize street parking on the available side of the road. In the event that you have a larger furniture purchase or something similar, we can make other arrangements to use the driveway.

• Meeting Procedure:  Once you have arrived, please simply text me to let me know you are here. I will meet you downstairs with your items, so there is no need for the doorbell.
